For most students, waivers may be granted for up to four of the following required foundation courses. For JD/MBA students, waivers may be granted for up to three of the following courses.

We are not able to grant course waivers for on the job experience, work-related training courses or certificate courses. Coursework must be taken at an accredited four-year college or university in the period covering last 10 calendar years. We are not able to grant waivers for courses taken at community colleges.

Foundation Courses

  1. Managerial Economics: Two undergraduate economics courses taken at an accredited four-year college or university with a grade of B or better.
  2. Managerial Skills: Two undergraduate courses that include topics such as communications, negotiations, self-assessment leadership tools, career planning, team building, persuasion, networking, etc. taken at an accredited four-year college or university with a grade of B or better.  
  3. Quantitative Skills: Two undergraduate statistics courses (or equivalent) taken at an accredited four-year college or university with a grade of B or better.
  4. Accounting for Financial Reporting: This course will be waived for students with either an undergraduate accounting degree or a CPA certificate.
