Dr. Gupta is a Senior Fellow at the Mack Center for Technological Innovation at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She has received many grants for her research from the Center for Leadership and Change Management, the Mack Center for Technological Innovation, and the Reginald H. Jones Center, at Wharton. Recently, she received a grant from Wharton’s Global Initiatives Research Program to study Indian multinationals and their globalization strategies. Dr. Gupta has presented her research at top global conferences and is an active member of the Academy of Management and the Strategic Management Society. Her current research interests are in the area of inter-firm relationships, and the role of leadership in dynamic industries.
