Once again, congratulations on your admission to the Rutgers-Camden MBA program. As you begin your studies at Rutgers, the information below will assist you in navigating the Rutgers system.
MBA Program Orientation
Rutgers School of Business-Camden will conduct an MBA orientation the week before the semester begins. This is a mandatory event for all incoming MBA students. More details, regarding the date/time of the orientation will be sent as we get closer to the event.
In addition to completing your Admission Acknowledge Form (AAF), please respond to the congratulatory email sent by Jorgelina Sime offering course options to enroll as you begin your MBA program.
If you have not received your admissions package, you will receive it via US mail within several days after your have been formally admitted. The packet contains your formal admission letter along with information for admitted students.
Obtain your NetID and Email Address
Please activate your Rutgers NetID. All enrolling students are assigned a Rutgers unique identifier known as a NetID, which allows you to access many of the electronic services available to you at Rutgers, including registering for classes and access to your Rutgers email account.
Rutgers email addresses are used for official communication between university offices, faculty and students. It is extremely important for you to activate your NetID and check your email daily.
Your NetID is different than your RUID. Your RUID is used in place of a social security number to identify you on class rosters and with most university departments. It is important for placement tests, advising, and anything Rutgers related.
Registering for Classes
Your Personal Access Code (PAC) by default is your month and day of birth in MMDD format.
Where to Access your Online MBA Course
The learning management system used by Rutgers Online MBA students is Canvas.
To be considered for financial assistance, you must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Rutgers federal code is 002629.
