Dr. Wei Jiao joined the Rutgers School of Business-Camden as an Assistant Professor of Finance in 2020. Dr. Jiao received his Ph.D. from Binghamton University, State University of New York in 2018. His research focuses on international investments and investor behavior, which has been presented at numerous conferences. Prior to joining the School, Dr. Jiao served as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an Assistant Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
Dr. Murad Mithani

Dr. Murad Mithani joined the Management area of the Rutgers School of Business–Camden from the Stevens Institute of Technology, where he served as an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management and Technology Management. He earned his MS in Entrepreneurial Physics from Case Western Reserve University in 2008 and his Ph.D. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2012. Dr. Mithani’s research focuses on strategy and organization theory, sustainability, and international business. In addition to his research appearing in several high-quality journals, like the Journal of Management and the Journal of International Business Studies, he has received several research awards. Dr. Mithani serves as the Associate Editor, Strategy, of the South Asian Journal of Business Research and an Editorial Board Member for the Academy of Management Discoveries.
Dr. Ozum Zor

Dr. Ozum Zor joined the Marketing area of the Rutgers School of Business–Camden in 2020. She earned her B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Gazi University in Turkey. Then, she joined Rutgers Business School for her Master of Business and Science with a concentration in Data Analytics and her Ph.D. in Marketing, with an emphasis on consumer behavior. Dr. Zor’s research interests are Temporal Effects, Self-Control, Decision Making, Patience, Online Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. She published an article in Current Opinion in Psychology and has made several presentations.
