The Rutgers Leaders Mentoring Program offers a transformative opportunity for graduate business students to connect with Rutgers alumni and industry professionals. Participants gain career insights, skill development, and networking opportunities through structured mentorship. Mentors provide guidance, share expertise, and support mentees as they navigate their professional and academic journeys.

The Rutgers Leaders Mentoring Program is designed to empower graduate students with the knowledge, skills, and connections necessary for successful careers in business and leadership. Our key focus areas include:

Program Expectations, PROCESS, and Deadlines
Selection Process:
- Mentoring pairs are announced in August via the email provided in the application.
- Not all applicants will be selectedโpairing is based on application responses and program capacity.
- Only fully completed applications will be considered.
Application Period: April 1st โ June 31st (or until capacity is reached)
