Undergraduate First-Year BS Applicants
At Rutgers School of Business–Camden, you’ll discover everything you need to focus your ambitions and reach your goals.
Use the Undergraduate Admissions Application to apply as a first year student if you have never attended college as a matriculated (degree-seeking) student. A first year applicant may be a current high school student or an adult who has taken 12 or fewer college credits.
Undergraduate Transfer BS Applicants
Use the undergraduate admissions application to apply as a transfer student if you have already graduated from high school and will have earned at least 12 college credits before your expected start at Rutgers–Camden.
Online BBA Applicants
In order to be admitted to the Online Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (BBA) program, you will need:
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50
- Minimum of 18 credits from a regionally accredited college or university

- IMPORTANT: Please indicate you are applying for the Online BBA program when completing the online application.
- Submit all required documents, including transcripts, to the Rutgers University Undergraduate Admissions Office.

Off-Campus BBA Applicants
In order to be admitted to the Off-Campus BBA program, you will need:
- Associate of Arts or Associate of Sciences degree from one of the regionally accredited community college partners
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50

The Rutgers School of Business–Camden (RSBC) uses Rutgers university-wide graduate school application. Application deadlines vary by program.

Here are the basic requirements for applying to our graduate programs:
- Four-year bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited university or institution.
- Letters of recommendation, resume, and a personal statement describing your educational and professional goals.
- Required prerequisite courses as evidenced in your official college transcripts.
- The Professional MBA program requires a minimum number of years of professional work experience.
- Required Test Scores: GMAT/GRE standardized test scores are required for all applicants to its graduate programs, except the Professional MBA, Online MAcc, and MS in Finance-Wealth Management. If you meet certain criteria, you may be eligible for a GMAT Waiver. Please see the GMAT Waiver Policy and Request Form
- Students will need to submit proof of English language proficiency, if their undergraduate education was completed in a non-English speaking country.
Note: The Online MBA, Online Master of Accountancy, Online MSBA, and Online MSF-Wealth Management programs features classes that take place 100% virtually. Please note that, while international students may enroll in this program from their own country, US visas are not offered for this program. International Students
English Language Proficiency
Students will need to submit proof of English language proficiency, if their undergraduate education was completed in a non-English speaking country. Rutgers–Camden accepts the following documentation:
- TOEFL: 550 PBT/ 79 IBT
- IELTS: 6.5
- Duolingo: 105
- Completion of a pre-approved intensive English language program
Official Transcripts
Official transcripts are required from each post-secondary school, demonstrating a four-year bachelor’s degree or its US equivalent from an accredited institution, as well as any further education you have received post-undergraduate. All transcripts MUST be translated to ENGLISH and show the title of the degree earned and the date the degree was conferred.
All official transcripts MUST be sent directly from the institution you attended electronically to:

Unofficial transcripts can be used for admissions review. Upon admittance to the program, you will need to supply official transcripts.
Rutgers School of Business–Camden (RSBC) reserves the right to request an applicant to have their transcript evaluated by a NACES accredited agency.
US Institution: If applicants already have an advanced degree from an institution in the U.S., applicants will be required to submit an official copy of the advanced degree as well as the official transcripts of their bachelor’s degree.
US Equivalency: Official transcripts must show a four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a degree conferral or a degree equivalent to a four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree.
Selected three-year bachelor’s degrees from India may be considered equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree without an evaluation.
Exception Criteria: If you have been earned in Division I/First Class and the awarding institution is currently accredited by India’s National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a letter grade of “A” or better.
Please note that the Rutgers School of Business–Camden (RSBC) reserves the right to request an applicant to have their transcript evaluated by a NACES accredited agency. RSBC will reach out to the applicant with this request. For a list of NACES agencies, go to: https://www.naces.org/members
Transcript and Credit Evaluation: Transcript and Credit Evaluations must be reviewed and completed by a NACES approved organization. A course-by-course evaluation is preferred.

Note: Students who hold visas and are admitted into the On-Campus Traditional MBA program may need to take a few online courses to complete the degree.
