In December, Gregory Denis joined RSBC in the role of Senior Program Coordinator for the Professional and Executive Education (PEER) team. With the expansion of PEER’s portfolio offerings, the team is prioritizing the cultivation of additional corporate relationships in 2024. This initiative encompasses engagements with corporate entities, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. There is also a renewed focus on collaborating with professional industry organization catering to small and medium-sized companies. These companies often lack the scale to independently provide programs supporting upskilling and leadership training crucial for succession planning. Greg will spearhead efforts to represent PEER and coordinate programs with these new partners.
Prior to joining Rutgers University, Greg worked as a consultant for manufacturing and consumer package goods companies for nearly a decade. His expertise in business development and engineering enabled him to manage supply chain and business operations, providing innovative problem-solving solutions across various organizations. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Technology, along with a minor in Legal Studies, from State University of New York–Farmingdale. As a current student at Georgia Tech, he is studying business analytics in the Master of Science program.
Outside of his professional work, Greg is actively involved in numerous non-profits initiatives throughout the Greater Philadelphia, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts alongside environmental initiatives. He and his family love to travel, explore and take advantage of all that Philadelphia has to offer.
Rachel Ehrenberg assumed the role of Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications for the School in January. In her capacity, she oversees both the marketing and recruiting teams, while also managing the marketing endeavors for the school’s diverse array of undergraduate and graduate programs.
Before joining Rutgers University, Rachel held the position of Recruitment Marketing Coordinator at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where she later transitioned to serve as the Interim Director of Recruitment Marketing. Her expertise in digital media and marketing significantly contributed to the enhancement of recruitment marketing efforts and the subsequent increase in enrollment at NJIT. Rachel holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication and Media with a specialization in Digital Media from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. Prior to pursuing her graduate studies, she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism & Media Studies, also at Rutgers University–New Brunswick.
Outside of work, Rachel is very passionate about raising awareness for mental health and has presented at international conferences on the subject. She loves cats and does cat rescue and fostering with her family. Rachel previously competed for the Rutgers University Club Gymnastics team, and coached gymnastics as well.
In February, Ferin Speaks joined RSBC as the Assistant Dean of Graduate Programs, where she undertook the responsibility for overseeing the academic advising office.
Prior to joining Rutgers University, Ferin served as the Associate Director for The Center for Student Success (CSS) at Rowan–Virtua School of Osteopathic Medicine. In this role, she played a pivotal role in the development and management of CSS programming tailored for medical students. Additionally, she served as the primary point of contact for academic advising, resources, and support for students transitioning from undergraduate/graduate education to medical education. Ferin holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University–Camden, reflecting her profound dedication to learning and education.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. She also loves to go bowling, shoot pool, and read books.
Rachel Williams recently started as a Program Coordinator II/Admissions Coach for the Marketing and Recruitment Team. Rachel recruits for the Online and On Campus MBA programs, Online MS in Finance–Wealth Management, and corporate partnerships.
Rachel is an experienced higher education professional with a strong background in student services. With previous roles at reputable institutions, such as Rowan University, Camden County College, and Stockton University, Rachel has accumulated valuable insights and expertise in the field. Hailing from southern New Jersey, with a brief period in the Atlanta, Georgia area, Rachel possesses a deep understanding of diverse business environments. Throughout her career. Rachel has been an active participant in various company and university initiatives, focusing on enhancing student retention and advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEi) efforts. Her dedication to these initiatives underscores her commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive educational communities.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Richard Stockton College, where her studies nurtured her passion for the art of visual storytelling. She aspires to leverage this creative skill set as she further develops her abilities in professional coaching and counseling. Fun Fact: Rachel Williams will be the third Rachel to join the Marketing and Recruitment Team.
