Dr. Thomas Fewer is an Assistant Professor of Management at Rutgers University School of BusinessโCamden. He also serves as a co-founder and Vice President at NobleReach Foundation, a not-for-profit organization inspiring the next generation of mission-driven changemakers. Previously, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where he wrote several award-winning papers on public-private partnerships, public-purpose technologies, and business and politics. He is an author of the National Bestseller, Venture Meets Mission, which focuses on how entrepreneurs and government can collaborate to develop technology-based solutions to major societal challenges, including issues of climate, healthcare, and food. Thomasโ research tackles important questions at the nexus of business, ethics, politics, and government. His research has been published in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Management, and Journal of Management Studies.
Dr. Fewer holds a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management from Drexel University, where he was recognized as a leading instructor in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. He also holds a Masterโs degree in Finance from Villanova University and Bachelorโs degree in Marketing from Rutgers UniversityโCamden (โ15). Before entering academia, Thomas served as a financial analyst in the Rotary and Mission Systems division at the Lockheed Martin Corporation. He was also previously employed as a national sales operation analyst at Subaru of America and as a risk management coordinator at the Madison Square Garden Company for the New York Rangers and New York Knicks. He is a volunteer with the National Parks Service and continues to contribute to leading academic associations such as the Academy of Management, American Political Science Association, and American Sociological Association.
