Brian W. Jones is a Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of The First National Bank of Elmer. In this capacity, he provides leadership for all bank wide initiatives, programs, and activities.
Jones currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia (FRB) and is on their Executive Committee. In addition, he is the Co-Chair and incoming Chair of the FRB Audit Committee. Furthermore, he is a member of the Board of Directors for NJ Bankers, a member of American Bankers Association, Stonier Graduate School of Banking Advisory Board, a Trustee for Atlantic Cape Community College Foundation, a Trustee for Cape May County Coast Guard Community Foundation, a Trustee of The Cape May Point Art and Science Center, a member of the Laureate Awards Host Committee for The Franklin Institute, a member of the New Jersey Board of Trustees for Jefferson Health Foundation, a member of the Leadership Council of Maryville Integrative Care, a member of the Executive Board for the Garden State Council Boy Scouts of America, and a member of the ProSight Financial Association, Editorial Advisory Council.
He has been recognized with the Presidentโs Volunteer Service Award โ Lifetime Achievement issued by the Corporation for National and Community Service, the Advocacy in Action Award by Maryville Integrated Care, awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award from Risk Management Association, and Humanitarian of the Year from Emmanuel Cancer Foundation. Jones received the Greg Davis Community Service Award from the Volunteer Center of South Jersey; and the ICON Award from NJBIZ. He was named among South Jerseyโs top โPower 50โ leaders by South Jersey Biz Magazine, Citizen of the Year by both the Garden State Council, Boy Scouts of America, and the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce, and was named on the โFinance Power Listโ and โLeaders in Financeโ by NJBIZ.
Jones is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. He earned a B.A. in Administrative Studies from Glassboro State College, aka Rowan University, and an A.S. in Business Administration and A.A.S. in Banking and Finance Technology from Gloucester County College, aka Rowan College of South Jersey.
