Business Leader Development Program:
Spring 2023 Seminar
Transformative Business Leader: Creating a Positive Change
Instructor: Dr. Keanna Ralph
This course will discuss what it takes to be a successful business leader who creates lasting impact and positive change for both the people and organizations that they serve. This course will highlight the tools, practices, and processes from a human-centered leadership approach that challenges the way we conduct business in the 21st century and respond to complex problems. Here we learn to understand that leadership is not just about what we do but who we are in the process. We will also examine the concept of transformational leadership and how it can be used effectively to transform communities locally and globally.
