SEED aims to provide opportunities for RSBC students to participate in experiential activities both on and off campus. Students who participate in competitions and challenges experience broader networking opportunities and build business acumen and skills, which are desired by employers.

Previous Competitions and Challenges
- GEICO Case Competition: Open to all undergraduate students at Rutgers–Camden. Students presented research-based strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates as part of the GEICO’s growth initiative. Participants were mentored by GEICO management throughout the 8-week competition. The winning team members received leadership mentoring.
- Global Service Jam: Open to RSBC students and prior Jammers. Participants collaborated over the course of a weekend to define, ideate, prototype, and test their concepts related to a secret theme. Jammers around the world presented their ideas to both the local jam and uploaded their video to the global website.

While we aim to provide all business students with these opportunities, some external competitions have added criteria, such as a minimum GPA or year in school; other competitions limit the number of students who can participate.
