Entrepreneurship Summit 2025
The Entrepreneurship Summit will feature a Resource Partner Fair and Networking, as well as four speakers who will share their insights about relevant topics related to entrepreneurship, and will include a Q&A panel following the individual speakers. The event will also provide opportunities to network with speakers, guests, and one another.

Monica Adya, PhD
Dean, Rutgers School of Business–Camden
As Dean of the Rutgers School of Business–Camden, Dr. Monica Adya oversees strategic growth of all programs, a professional and executive education unit, as well as Centers of Excellence. A scholar in information systems, her areas of expertise include IT Strategy, digital transformation, systems design and use, and women in technology. She serves as past chair of the AACSB Women Administrators in Management Education (WAME). Monica received a PhD in MIS from Case Western University, an MS in Computer Systems Management from Creigton University, and Bachelor’s in Commerce (Honors) from Delhi University.
Tushar Shah
Founder & CEO, CTR Hotels | President & Owner, Laurel Lodging
Tushar Shah is a hospitality executive and entrepreneur with over 24 years of experience transforming hotel assets, building high-performance teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His journey began in 2000 as a night auditor—working the graveyard shift, learning the business from the ground up, and developing the grit, empathy, and strategic mindset that now define his leadership.
Today, Tushar leads two thriving hospitality ventures:
🔹 Laurel Lodging – As President & Owner, he specializes in acquiring and repositioning underperforming hotels into profitable, brand-aligned properties. His expertise spans asset management, capital project execution, and operational optimization across major hotel brands. Under his leadership, Laurel Lodging has become synonymous with rapid turnarounds, elevated guest experiences, and investor confidence.
🔹 CTR Hotels – As Founder & CEO, Tushar created a bold investment platform focused on identifying undervalued assets, deploying capital with precision, and innovating procurement systems to scale growth. CTR Hotels is known for its speed, creativity, and disruptive approach to hospitality investment—bringing modern concepts and localized experiences to life.
Throughout his career, Tushar has led multimillion-dollar renovations, structured joint ventures, and built cultures of accountability and excellence. His leadership philosophy blends financial discipline with emotional intelligence, always aiming to exceed expectations and create lasting impact.
Dhani Abey
Director, Copilot for Security – National State and Local Government, Microsoft
Dhani Abey is a cybersecurity and AI executive in Microsoft’s State and Local Government Operating Unit. With over 25 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, Dhani is recognized as a pioneer in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) space, having helped shape its evolution since the early 2000s.
Throughout her career, Dhani has held leadership roles at startups and global enterprises, including HP, NetScout, Blackberry, and Cylance. She is known for her ability to translate complex security and AI concepts into actionable strategies for both technical and executive audiences. She is also a member of Microsoft’s M12 Expert Network, advising portfolio companies on market strategy and revenue growth.
Outside of her corporate role, Dhani serves as an Academic Board Advisor at CUNY Borough of Manhattan Community College, where she helps shape the cybersecurity certification curriculum and teaches Information Assurance as an adjunct professor. She is a mentor and career coach to both students and seasoned professionals, committed to empowering the next generation of cybersecurity leaders.
Dhani holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University and an Executive MBA from CUNY Baruch College.
Leor Hemo

With over 25 years in commercial real estate, Leor’s extensive entrepreneurial background includes executive roles at other firms and managing real estate holdings. His expertise spans sales, leasing, investment sales and acquisitions, and property management.
Leor’s versatile skills uniquely position him to serve clients effectively. His leadership, honed as a Tank Commander in the Israeli Defense Forces, underscores his dedication to excellence in guiding his team and serving clients.
Dr. Thomas Fewer
Assistant Professor of Management, Rutgers School of Business–Camden |Co-Founder and Vice President, NobleReach Foundation
Dr. Thomas Fewer is an Assistant Professor of Management at Rutgers School of Business–Camden. He also serves as a co-founder and Vice President at NobleReach Foundation, a not-for-profit organization inspiring the next generation of mission-driven changemakers. Previously, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. Dr. Fewer’s research tackles important questions at the nexus of business ethics, politics, and government. His work has been published in leading business journals and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and National Public Radio (NPR). Dr. Fewer holds a PhD in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management from Drexel University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Villanova University and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Rutgers University–Camden (’15).
Timothy Guim
CEO, PCH Technologies
Tim Guim is the CEO of PCH Technologies, a security-first managed service provider supporting businesses locally and globally. Under his leadership, PCH has grown into a SOC 2 certified, award-winning MSP recognized by top industry publications. Tim is a respected voice in IT and cybersecurity, serving on national advisory boards for leading tech companies and speaking regularly at major industry events. He is also deeply committed to community service, currently serving on the Southern New Jersey Development Council Board and as Council President for the Garden State Council, Scouting America. Tim is a recognized industry leader, pioneering AI-as-a-Service models to support secure AI adoption in the SMB space.
