SEED is an impactful student-centric office that promotes an individualized and holistic approach to student’s personal and professional development. SEED bridges the classroom and the workplace for all business students through guided pathways to specific skills or competencies and coordinates two Professional Skills Forum courses and several other development opportunities.

Internships
The RSBC Internship Program is designed to supplement the academic program by offering qualified students a “real world” employment opportunity to gain professional experience prior to graduation.
Business Leader Development Program (BLDP)
The BLDP is where tomorrow’s business and community leaders can hone the skills they need to reach their full potential as leaders.
RU Student Executive (RUSE) Program
RUSE is a nine-weeks seminar on a core business topic each week, with a culminating end-of-program entrepreneurship pitch competition. Open to all RSBC undergraduate students AND 10th, 11th, and 12th grade high school students in New Jersey.
Ragone Center for Accounting & CPA Review
The Ragone Center provides accounting seminars, conferences, symposia, clinics, and executive education programs to help current students, alumni, and accountants keep abreast of new practices within the industry and connect accounting professionals with our accounting faculty.
Financial Markets Lab & Bloomberg Certification
The Financial Markets Lab enhances student learning and research capabilities at RSBC by providing students hands-on experience with the tools needed to compete in the fast-paced world of financial markets, as well as earn Bloomberg Market Concepts Certification.
