Cohort Leadership Experience

The diverse industry experience of our cohort enriches every discussion and creates a powerful professional network that supports your leadership growth long after graduation.
Executive Decision Lab
Business decisions rarely fall neatly within one discipline. Through the Executive Decision Lab, you will tackle complex business challenges that integrate finance, analytics, marketing, operations, and strategy. These applied sessions strengthen your ability to synthesize information, weigh competing priorities, and make confident leadership decisions in real-world contexts.
Global Residency
Business today is inherently global. During the program’s international residency, our cohorts travel abroad for an immersive experience that explores global markets, economic systems, and cultural influences on business. Through corporate visits, expert speakers, and on-the-ground learning, our learners gain firsthand insight into how organizations operate and compete in a global environment. The cost of the international residency, including accommodations, program activities, and site visits, is covered as part of the program. Students are responsible for their own airfare to and from the U.S.

International Students: Please note the Professional MBA does not meet the guidelines for full-time international student requirements. Consideration for admission to the Pro MBA requires U.S. citizenship or a residency visa allowing students the ability to travel outside of the United States during a required trip as part of one of their classes. International student candidates seeking an MBA should consider the Rutgers Online MBA for non-U.S. residency or the On-Campus MBA for anyone wishing to study in the United States.
